Watch Hunger Games Catching Fire : On Los Tweens & Teens our team raffled tickets across the country for the premiere of the latest Hunger Games movie, Catching Fire, and attended the Miami showing. The theater was buzzing with excitement. There were more teens than tweens (children ranging between the ages of 7-12) which is a natural given the movie's PG-13 rating. The movie really is suited for older tweens as there is plenty of drama and intensity. Prior to and following the premiere, I asked some parents and kids in attendance for their views and reactions to the movie.
Watch Carrie : In "The Making of the Sound of Music Live!," viewers will see what goes into creating the live version of "The Sound of Music." From the nationwide casting call to discover the seven von Trapp children, to the creation of the sets, and the 40 piece orchestra recording the soundtrack, the documentary provides a front row seat as the musical numbers and cast come together for a one-night-only event.
Watch Despicable Me 2 : The biggest problem is there’s nothing France-y about setting the film in Paris. There’s one set piece in a pastry shop but most of the story takes place in a hotel. That could be anywhere. There’s a ferris wheel bit that I guess is slightly better than the same gag in 1941. Really I think the only benefit of Paris is you get to see the Smurfs walk on cobble stone streets.
Watch One Direction This Is Us : Director Morgan Spurlock previously teased by saying, "So things that didn't relate to that kind of ended up on the cutting room floor. And hopefully they'll all end up on a great box set/DVD sometime." Now, 1D gives Directioners a better idea of what they can expect from the December 17 disc.In one of the extra clips, the British boy band opens up about their bandmate Louis Tomlinson. "Louis is a great person to just, like, sit and kind of, like, just admire what he's like," Harry Styles says, while the footage of Tomlinson munching away his snacks and playing pranks is played.

Download Insidious Chapter 2 : We open moments after Josh Lambert (Patrick Wilson), comes back after rescuing their son from the lightless, smoke-clogged ether-world “The Further” and ‘takes care’ of friendly psychic Elise Ranier (Lin Shaye). Josh’s body is possessed by something (duh?!), and “Chapter 2”, which includes a lot of intercuts into Josh’s flashback, and some local home-horrors with wife Renai (Rose Byrne), takes an extended time to wrap things up…or does it.
Download Free Birds : But I’m not going to resist calling this Thankgiving-themed animated adventure the name of a festive flightless bird.I didn’t exactly gobble it down but I’m not going to get in a flap about it either. After a brief lesson in American history, British kids will probably have a fine time with brainy turkey Reggie (Owen Wilson). And there’s just enough double-edged comedy to keep grown-ups from squawking too.
Watch The Last Days on Mars : When the other crew members venture to the accident site to investigate, the microscopic organism begins to infect them one by one, taking control of their bodies and then transforming them into rabid, violent, zombie-like beings intent on attacking the others and spreading the disease even further. The uninfected must find a way to make it through their final day on Mars before the relief ship arrives to rescue them.
Download Frozen : Frozen had its fair share of bad buzz leading up to its release. There was the kerfluffle over character design, which was only heightened by the fact that it hit when Merida’s controversial makeover was still fresh in everyone’s memory. In a similar vein the film found itself in the crosshairs of constant (justified) complaints about Disney’s lack of diversity. There wasn’t much by way of trailers or posters, which made it look like Disney didn’t trust the film’s quality. And what Disney did put out has been overly reliant on that damned obnoxious snowman.
watch Frozen : But Frozen pulled a fast one on us. Not only do critics love it (84% on Rotten Tomatoes), it’s raked in the dough as well: Cartoon Brew reports that Frozen annihilated the Mouse House’s previous record for biggest opening, at least as far as animated films are concerned. These numbers aren’t final because the weekend’s not yet over, obviously, but so far Frozen has made $66.7 million over the three-day weekend (Friday-Sunday) and $93 million over the five-day holiday break (Wednesday-Sunday). Compare that to previous record holder Wreck-It Ralph, which opened with a gross of $49 million.
