Many moons ago , in the early days of home computers, there was a knight. He did knightly things in his knightly armour with his knightly valour and knightly sense of all that are good and just. A brave knight, a dashing knight and, some would say, a foolhardy knight. He was loyal to king, hero to men and saviour to all in need.
He was Magic Knight.
It seems odd now, looking back on those days of fame and fortune, that little is known of the current whereabouts of Magic Knight.
The last know act of knightlyness he was directly involved in was the Stormbringer affair. The story goes that he had defeated his evil self with wit, cunning and cleverly crafted menu systems and left the kingdom in search of Maidens in need. Magic Knight was never seen again.
There have been rumours, of course, Sightings far and wide. But no solid evidence. Nothing.
Almost 30 years have passed since that day. 30 years of waiting. Waiting. Waiting.
And now this......

Spellbound OUYA will be making its way to a TV near you in the not too distant future*
The game is a remake of the ZX Spectrum (Other computers did exist, it's just the Speccy did it first...) classic Spellbound.
The development is being undertaken by Geminus Porta and Saul Cross with kind permission and new and improved content from Magic Knight creator David Jones. You can read about the collaboration at
